A common mission

At La Maison du Divorce, our professionals pursue a common mission: to guide you towards the parental settlement. With the express agreement of the parties (Protocol to be signed at the first meeting), the professional secrecy that applies to our experts becomes shared between them, within the members of La Maison du Divorce, in order to allow for coordinated and multidisciplinary support.

Strict principle of confidentiality

A strict principle of confidentiality is applied so that both the professionals of La Maison du Divorce and each of the parties commit to respecting the confidentiality of everything that will be said or exchanged during meetings (documents, information, content of negotiations, third-party opinions, etc.).

Confidentiality covers all exchanges : shared documents, personal information, content of negotiations, third-party opinions, proposals made and any written or oral communication within the support process.
