Confidentiality and shared professional secrecy
At the Divorce House, our professionals pursue a common mission, which is to guide you towards family peace. With the express agreement of the parties (documents to be signed at the first meeting),the professional secrecy that applies to our experts becomes shared among them, within the members of the Divorce House, in order to allow for coordinated and multidisciplinary treatment.
Similarly, a strict principle of confidentiality is applied so that both the professionals of the Divorce House and each of the parties commit to respecting the confidentiality of everything that will be said or exchanged during the meetings (documents, information, the content of negotiations, third-party opinions, etc).
These principles are essential and any violation will result in the immediate termination of the mission.
