OUR SUPPORT

Your journey towards a new beginning

A structured support, step by step, to move forward with confidence.

The 4 steps of your support

1

First confidential contact (20 min)

A meeting in our offices or by phone, free and without obligation, to understand your situation and your needs. We listen to you and guide you, without judgment.

2

Personalised diagnosis (2h)

A meeting with a cross perspective : either lawyer + mediator, or lawyer + psychotherapist, depending on the needs expressed by the parties. We assess your situation and identify the issues to address in order to propose a tailored programme.

3

Customised support

A tailored action plan for your situation : concrete legal advice and negotiation facilitated by a specialised lawyer, psychological support for children, co-parenting guidance, resolution of the emotional aspects of the parental couple, etc.

All in one place.

4

Sustainable and peaceful agreement

We guide you towards a balanced agreement that respects everyone's interests, including those of your children.

First confidential contact

20 minutes · Free

By phone or in our offices, an expert listens to you and identifies your requests and needs. This contact allows for a first 100% confidential connection.

Personalised diagnosis

2 hours · Cross perspective

This 2-hour programme brings together two complementary experts — either lawyer + mediator, or lawyer + psychotherapist — according to the needs expressed by the parties. An essential step for any family facing separation.

The lawyer provides a clear and reassuring interpretation of the legal framework, answers urgent questions and establishes the first legal benchmarks. The second expert (mediator or psychotherapist) offers their specific perspective: the mediator sets concrete rules to structure exchanges and defuse the situation, while the psychotherapist explores the emotional environment and identifies each person's needs.

At the end of the programme, a structured action plan is provided, with a proposed overall budget (fixed fee) to guide the family towards the next most suitable steps: list of topics to address, steps to follow, team of experts and cost estimates.

€250 including tax per person (i.e. €500 including tax in total)

Work on the 'Self'

Personal commitment

All programmes include a commitment from the parties to work individually on the 'self' (e.g. sport, culture, well-being, holistic approach, etc.), at their discretion and independently. Working on the 'self' primarily involves allowing each party to take time for themselves during a particularly stressful moment in their life. We believe that personal work greatly contributes to a better co-construction of solutions (less stress, fatigue, anxiety, etc).

We work with trusted external partners to achieve this.
